摘 要:为研究装配式渠槽竖向连接节点的抗剪性能,设计了一种新型半灌浆铸铁套筒连接节点,通过对缩尺装配式节点试件和缩尺现浇节点试件进行静力试验,系统研究了灌浆套筒连接节点对装配式渠槽抗剪能力的影响。结果表明:装配式节点在水平力的作用下破坏界面规整,裂缝沿灌浆层开展并贯穿,预制混凝土几乎没有破坏;在配筋率相同的条件下,装配式节点剪力极限承载力对应的剪切位移与现浇节点相近,但极限抗剪承载力较现浇节点降低23.6%;引入混凝土-灌浆料-混凝土双界面的抗剪承载力计算方法,能合理预测装配试件灌浆套筒连接节点的抗剪强度。To study the shear performance of vertical connection nodes of prefabricated channel structures,a novel semi-grouted cast iron sleeve connection node was designed.Static tests were performed on both scaled-down precast node specimens and scaled-down cast-in-place node specimens to systematically investigate the impact of the grouted sleeve connection on the shear performance of prefabricated channels.The results show that under the action of horizontal forces,the failure at the interfaces of the precast nodes is irregular.Cracks propagate and penetrate along the grouting layer,while the precast concrete is almost undamaged.Under the same reinforcement ratio,the ultimate shear displacement corresponding to the ultimate bearing capacity of the precast node is comparable to that of the cast-in-place node.However,the ultimate shear bearing capacity of the precast node is reduced by 23.6%compared to the cast-in-place node.The introduction of a shear resistance calculation method for the double interface of concrete-grout-concrete enables a more rational prediction of the shear strength of grouted sleeve connections in precast specimens.
