摘 要:为探索不同地聚物固化盾构渣土的力学性能差异,利用盾构渣土为主要原料,将硅酸钠和氢氧化钠的混合液作为碱性激发剂激发地聚物,采用浇筑成型的方法制作渣土砖。通过力学性能和耐水性能试验,分析复合地聚物在不同取代量下抗压强度、抗折强度、吸水率和软化系数的变化规律。结果表明,碱激发剂和偏高岭土对渣土砖软化系数影响较大,粉煤灰和硅灰的掺入能显著提升渣土砖的力学性能。粉煤灰-偏高岭土对渣土砖抗折强度提升效果明显,抗折强度最高提升61%,达到2.1 MPa,抗压强度提升24%,达到16.5 MPa;硅灰-偏高岭土对渣土砖的抗压强度、抗折强度提升均较为突出,抗压强度最高提升60%,达到17.1 MPa,抗折强度最高提升80%,达到3.1 MPa。To investigate the differences in mechanical properties of geopolymer-solidified shield tunnel muck,muck bricks were fabricated using shield tunnel muck as the primary raw material,with a mixture of sodium silicate and sodium hydroxide serving as the alkaline activator to trigger geopolymerization,through a casting method.Through experiments on mechanical properties and water resistance,the changes in compressive strength,flexural strength,water absorption rate,and softening coefficient of composite geopolymers with different dosages were analyzed.The results show that the alkaline activator and metakaolin have a significant effect on the softening coefficient of the muck bricks,while the addition of fly ash and silica fume can significantly improve their mechanical properties.The fly ash-metakaolin combination significantly improves the flexural strength of muck bricks,with the maximum increase reaching 61%,achieving 2.1 MPa,while the compressive strength increases by 24%,reaching 16.5 MPa.Similarly,the silica fume-metakaolin combination demonstrates notable improvements in both compressive and flexural strength.The compressive strength increases by up to 60%,reaching 17.1 MPa,and the flexural strength increases by up to 80%,reaching 3.1 MPa.
