摘  要:为研究聚丙烯酸钠(PAAS)作为分散剂对碳纤维混凝土的抗压与抗折性能的影响,通过纤维分散试验与混凝土力学性能试验,确定PAAS最佳掺量、碳纤维最佳掺量和最佳长度。结果表明:PAAS掺量为碳纤维质量的8%时,能显著改善碳纤维在混凝土中的分散效果;标准养护28 d,掺入体积掺量为0.2%、长度为15 mm的碳纤维时,混凝土的抗压性能提升7.5%,掺入体积掺量为0.5%、长度为15 mm的碳纤维时,混凝土的抗折性能提升21%。PAAS能够有效提升碳纤维的分散性,从而增强碳纤维混凝土的力学性能。This research is dedicated to exploring the impact of sodium polyacrylate(PASS)as a dispersant on the compressive and flexural properties of carbon fiber-reinforced concrete.Through fiber dispersion experiments and mechanical property tests of concrete,the optimal dosage of sodium polyacrylate,the optimal dosage and length of carbon fiber were determined.The experimental results indicate that when the dosage of sodium polyacrylate is 8%of the carbon fiber mass,the dispersion of carbon fibers in concrete is significantly enhanced.After standard curing for 28 days,the compressive property of carbon is improved by 7.5%by adding carbon fiber with a volume fraction of 0.2%and a length of 15 mm,and the flexural property of carbon is enhanced by 21%by adding carbon fiber with a volume fraction of 0.5%and a fiber length of 15 mm.PASS can effectively improve the dispersion of carbon fibers,thereby strengthening the mechanical properties of carbon fiber reinforced concrete.
