摘 要:为探究外压作用下大直径钢筋混凝土管中钢筒对整体结构的受力影响,以现场原型试验为基础,建立钢筒混凝土管有限元模型,对比试验与数值模拟的荷载位移曲线验证模型精度,通过三点法加载和覆土压力加载分析增设钢筒对钢筋混凝土管的受力影响。结果表明:(1)现场试验的荷载位移曲线与数值模拟结果较为吻合,增设钢筒的管道荷载位移最大误差为11.6%,未增设钢筒的管道荷载位移最大误差为13.9%。(2)三点法加载下,增设钢筒后管道的承载能力有较大提升,管道的整体应变区域变小,尤其对内层混凝土产生较大影响,说明钢筒可有效提高钢筋混凝土管的承载能力并推迟管道破坏时间。增设与未增设钢筒的两种钢筋混凝土管所受应力变化趋势基本一致。(3)覆土压力作用下,管道的应力变化趋势与三点法加载一致,增设钢筒减小了管道的竖向位移,且管顶的位移最大,管底的位移最小,管腰的位移介于二者之间。To investigate the effect of the steel liners on the overall structural behavior of large-diameter reinforced concrete pipes under external pressure,a finite element model of the steel tube concrete pipe is established based on in-situ prototype tests.The accuracy of the model is validated by comparing the load-displacement curves from both the experiments and numerical simulations.Additionally,the impact of the steel tube on the structural behavior of the reinforced concrete pipe is analyzed under both three-point loading and overburden pressure loading.The results show that:(1)The load-displacement curves from the field tests are in good agreement with the numerical simulation results,with a maximum deviation of 11.6%for the pipe with the steel tube and 13.9%for the pipe without the steel tube.(2)Under three-point loading,the addition of the steel tube significantly improves the pipe's load-bearing capacity,reducing the overall strain region,particularly affecting the inner concrete layer.This indicates that the steel tube can effectively enhance the load-bearing capacity of the reinforced concrete pipe and delay pipe failure.The stress variation trends for the two types of reinforced concrete pipes,with and without steel liners,are essentially consistent.(3)Under overburden pressure loading,the stress variation trend is similar to that under three-point loading.The addition of the steel tube reduces the vertical displacement of the pipe,with the maximum displacement occurring at the crown,the minimum at the base,and the displacement at the sidewall lying in between.
