摘 要:针对晋能控股集团阳城晋圣润东煤业有限公司1305下分层工作面下沿空进风巷窄煤柱宽度与巷道支护问题,采用数值模拟与现场工程试验的方法对下分层沿空留巷支护方案进行研究。研究表明,煤柱宽度需要在4 m以上、架棚间距需要在600 mm以下可以满足窄煤柱与沿空巷道稳定;基于此在现场进行工业试验,巷道单侧变形量均小于250 mm,巷道在掘进和回采过程稳定性好,达到了围岩控制的预期要求。Aiming at the problem of narrow coal pillar width and roadway support in gob-side entry roadway under 1305 lower layered working face of Jinneng Group Yangcheng Jinsheng Rundong Coal Industry Co.,Ltd.,the method of numerical simulation and field engineering test is used to study the support scheme of roadway retention along gob in lower layer.The research shows that the width of coal pillar needs to be above 4 meters,and the spacing of shed needs to be below 600 mm to meet the stability of narrow coal pillar and gob-side entry roadway.Based on this,the industrial test was carried out in the field.The unilateral deformation of the roadway was less than 250 mm,and the stability of the roadway in the process of excavation and mining was good,which met the expected requirements of surrounding rock control.
