摘 要:破碎围岩巷道是煤矿安全生产的重大隐患之一,而注浆加固是破碎巷道稳定性控制的重要手段。针对山西新景矿煤业有限责任公司15231进风巷变形破坏严重、原支护技术失效的问题,基于破碎围岩巷道变形失稳机理,提出了注浆加固技术,现场实践结果得出采用该加固支护技术后,提高了巷道破碎岩体的完整性,围岩变形得到有效控制,表明该加固支护技术可有效控制巷道围岩变形,保证矿井安全生产。Broken surrounding rock roadway is one of the major hidden dangers of coal mine safety production,and grouting reinforcement is an important means of stability control of broken roadway.Aiming at the serious deformation and failure of 15231 air intake roadway in Shanxi Xinjing Coal Mine Co.,Ltd.,and the failure of the original support technology,based on the deformation and instability mechanism of the broken surrounding rock roadway,the grouting reinforcement technology is proposed.The field practice results show that the integrity of the broken rock mass of the roadway is improved and the deformation of the surrounding rock is effectively controlled after the reinforcement support technology is adopted.It shows that the reinforcement support technology can effectively control the deformation of the surrounding rock of the roadway and ensure the safe production of the mine.
