摘  要:针对晋城蓝焰煤业股份有限公司成庄矿15号煤二盘区辅运一巷围岩收敛变形严重、返修成本高等诸多弊端,通过分析得出其底鼓变形主要受构造应力与底板软弱泥岩遇水膨胀共同作用导致,建立FLAC3D模型对巷道收敛变形规律进行研究,提出巷帮长短锚索加固+底板注浆锚索加固方案。现场矿压监测数据表明:采取该方案20 d后巷道底鼓变形得到有效控制,最大底鼓量90 mm,有效降低了巷道返修成本,确保工作面安全回采。In view of the serious convergence deformation and high repair cost of the surrounding rock of the auxiliary transportation roadway in the second panel of No.15 coal seam in Chengzhuang Coal Mine of Jincheng Lanyan Coal Industry Co.,Ltd.,through analysis,the floor heave deformation is mainly caused by the combined action of tectonic stress and water expansion of weak mudstone in the floor.The FLAC3D model is established to study the convergence deformation law of the roadway,and the scheme of long and short anchor cable reinforcement of the roadway side and grouting anchor cable reinforcement of the floor is proposed.The on-site mine pressure monitoring data show that the deformation of the roadway floor heave is effectively controlled after 20 days of the scheme,and the maximum floor heave is 90 mm,which effectively reduces the cost of roadway repair and ensures the safe mining of the working face.
