摘　　要：延安时期是中国共产党全面走向成熟的重要时期,也是从革命党向执政党转型的关键时期。就局部执政而言,这一时期可以分为两个阶段,它们分别是局部有限执政阶段和局部全面执政阶段。中共中央在陕北的十三年,成功解决了不同执政阶段出现的问题,在提高执政能力的同时,塑造了顾全大局、实事求是、勤政爱民的执政形象,对于今天中共的治国理政实践具有重要的理论意义和现实意义。The Yan’an period is an important period for the CPC to become mature in an all-round way,and also a critical period for the CPC to transform from a revolutionary party to a ruling party.This period can be divided into two stages,namely the stage of partial limited governance and the stage of partial comprehensive governance.During the thirteen years in northern Shaanxi,the CPC Central Committee has successfully solved the problems in different governing stages.While improving the governing ability,it has shaped the image of a governing party that considers the overall situation,seeks truth from facts,and is diligent in governance and loves the people,which has important theoretical and practical significance for the CPC’s governing practice today.
