数字经济发展能否提升生态效率——基于陕西省面板数据的实证检验

摘　　要：数字经济是技术驱动的新经济形态,也是架起金山银山和绿水青山之间的桥梁。文章基于2011-2021年陕西省10市的面板数据,以数字经济为切入点,通过直接效应、间接效应和空间效应实证分析了数字经济提升陕西省生态效率的机理。研究发现:陕西省数字经济及生态效率发展水平呈上升趋势,但区域之间存在差异;数字经济可以显著提高陕西省生态效率,提升力度呈关中、陕北、陕南依次降低趋势;数字经济可以通过产业结构升级间接提升生态效率水平;数字经济不仅能提升本市生态效率水平,而且对邻近城市生态效率提升存在溢出效应。研究结果为均衡发展陕西省数字经济,提升陕西省生态效率水平提供理论支持。The digital economy is a new economic form driven by technology,and it is also a bridge in economy and ecology.Based on the panel data of 10 cities in Shaanxi Province from 2011-2021,this paper empirically analyzes the mechanism of digital economy to improve the ecological efficiency of Shaanxi through three mechanisms:direct effect,indirect effect and spatial effect.Research has found that the level of digital economy and ecological efficiency development in Shaanxi Province is on the rise,but there are differences between regions.The digital economy can significantly improve the ecological efficiency of Shaanxi,and the degree of improvement shows a decreasing trend in Guanzhong,northern Shaanxi,and southern Shaanxi.The digital economy can indirectly improve the level of ecological efficiency through industrial structure upgrading.The digital economy can not only improve the ecological efficiency level of the city,but also have spillover effects on the improvement of ecological efficiency in neighboring cities.The research results provide theoretical support for the balanced development of Shaanxi’s digital economy and the improvement of Shaanxi’s ecological efficiency level.
