摘  要:高等教育高质量发展以大学个体高质量发展为基本前提。遵循发展规律是大学成长及高质量发展的根本要求和逻辑起点。探究大学个体成长中内外部要素,借鉴中外大学个体成长案例的经验教训,把握大学个体成长规律,是我国大学实现道路自觉及道路自信、构筑“中国道路”、实现高质量发展的时代课题。一所大学的成长发展,既要遵循学科知识、师生成长、学校文化等大学赖以生存发展的内在核心要素发展的基本规律,也要顺应社会时代、政治经济、地域环境等外部社会因素的时代规定性,确立科学的战略发展规划,按照发展规律科学办学。The high-quality development of higher education is based on the basic premise of high-quality development of individual universities.Following the laws of development is the fundamental requirement and logical starting point for the growth and high-quality development of universities.Exploring the internal and external factors of individual growth in universities,drawing on the experiences and lessons of individual growth cases in Chinese and foreign universities,and grasping the laws of individual growth in universities are the era’s challenges for Chinese universities to achieve self-awareness and confidence in their path,construct the Chinese path,and achieve high-quality development.The growth and development of a university should not only follow the basic laws of the internal core elements that the university relies on for survival and development,such as subject knowledge,teacher-student growth,and school culture,but also comply with the temporal regulations of external social factors such as social era,political economy,and regional environment,establish scientific strategic development plans,and run schools scientifically according to the laws.
