摘 要:研究了以有机特种纤维为主的支撑层和以无机特种纤维为主的截留层,利用干湿双层复合技术抄造热电池引燃剂载体纸的工艺要点。结果表明:当选用水溶温度为70℃的水溶性聚乙烯醇纤维(PVA F),其用量为10%时,抄造30g/m2定量的支撑层抗张强度为1.837k N/m,湿抗张强度为0.237k N/m;当矿物纤维打浆度为75°SR,添加9%硅溶胶时,抄造30g/m2定量的截留层抗张强度为0.185kN/m,滤水时间为95min;在支撑层和截留层工艺一定的情况下,利用干湿双层复合技术抄造定量为60g/m2的引燃剂载体纸,支撑层和截留层定量比为35∶25时,其抗张强度为2.268k N/m,湿抗张强度为0.289kN/m,平均孔径为6.23μm,透气度为2.12μm/Pa.s。引燃剂载体纸的各项指标均能较好地满足客户使用需求。The manufacturing process of thermal battery ignition carrier paper was studied.The paper is made of an organic special fiber-based strength layer and an inorganic special fiber-based retention layer,and produced with dry-wet dual-layer laminating technology.The results showed that:when water-soluble polyvinyl alcohol fiber(PVAF)with a dissolution temperature of 70°C is used at a dosage of 10%,the tensile strength of strength layer with a basis weight of 30 g/m2 is 1.837 kN/m,and the wet tensile strength is 0.237 kN/m;when the refine degree of mineral fiber is 75ºSR and 9%silica sol is added,the retention layer with a basis weight of 30 g/m2 has a tensile strength of 0.185 kN/m and a filtration time of 95 minutes.When the quantitative ratio of the strength layer to the retention layer is 35:25,the tensile strength of 60 gsm thermal battery ignition carrier paper is 2.268 kN/m,wet tensile strength is 0.289 kN/m,average pore size is 6.23μm,air permeability is 2.12μm/Pa.s.The parameters of thermal battery ignition carrier paper are proved to meet customer needs well.
