摘  要:依据中国大学生方程式汽车大赛规则,在某赛车整体轻量化以及完成发动机稳态标定、燃油标定试验的基础上进行了传动总成的重新设计优化。根据上一代赛车的动力表现,重新利用MATLAB优化传动比。在传动支撑设计方面,改变了以往的支撑形式,以更优的形式配合车架,达到了拆卸方便、调节方便的目的。利用CATIA对支架、链轮、半轴进行建模,利用ANSYS进行静力学分析;在整车参数基本确定后,利用AVL-CRUISE软件进行动力性仿真。在最后的实车测试中,该传动系统运行稳定,动力性符合初期设计。According to the rules of the China student competition,the redesign and optimization of the transmission assembly were carried out on the basis of the overall lightweight in a race car and the completion of the engine steady-state calibration and fuel calibration tests.Based on the dynamics of the previous generation of racing cars,MATLAB was reused to optimize the gear ratios.In terms of transmission support design,the previous support form has been changed,and the frame was matched in a better form to achieve the purpose of convenient disassembly and adjustment.CATIA was used to model the support,sprocket,and half shaft,and ANSYS was used for static analysis.After the parameters of the whole vehicle are basically determined,the AVL-CRUISE software was used to simulate the dynamics.In the final real-world test,the drivetrain was stable and dynamic,in line with the initial design.
