摘 要:为了解决铝合金零部件焊接变形过大的问题,采取有限元的方法对焊接工艺进行仿真验证。基于Simufact.Welding焊接工艺分析软件,以汽车行人保护防撞梁为研究对象,探索焊接变形的控制方法。通过研究不同的求解方法找到一个兼顾效率和精度的仿真求解方法,根据计算结果进行焊接反变形的设计,得到满足精度的焊接产品,并进行焊接工装夹具的优化设计的仿真验证。研究结果表明,通过Simufact.Welding可以对焊接变形进行预测,并指导反变形设计来保证产品尺寸要求。To address the issue of excessive welding deformation in aluminum alloy components,finite element method for simulation verification of welding process was adopted.Based on the Simufact.Welding software for welding process analysis,the study focused on the pedestrian protection crash beam as the research object to explore methods for controlling aluminum alloy welding deformation.By investigating different calculation mode of simulation,a simulation method that balanced efficiency and accuracy was identified.Based on the computational results,the design of welding reverse deformation was carried out to achieve welding products that meet precision requirements.Finally,a simulation verification was conducted for the optimization design of the welding fixture clamps.The research results indicated that Simufact.Welding could predict welding deformation and guide reverse deformation design to ensure product dimensions meet the requirements.
