摘 要:电磁液冷缓速器制动过程无磨损、响应时间短,已广泛搭载于重载运输车辆。目前利用IRFB3207和IPP039N04L功率管组成的缓速器控制系统最大工作电流仅有150 A,无法满足极端工况,且时常因没有过温过流保护而炸管。为此,通过并联多个BTS50085智能功率管组成缓速器控制系统的驱动电路,解决了传统控制器过流自保护难以实现的问题;借助台架试验,验证了该控制系统具有更高的工作效率。The electromagnetic liquid-cooled retarder has no wear in the braking process and short response time.It has been widely used in heavy-duty transport vehicles.At present,the maximum working current of the retarder control system composed of IRFB3207 and IPP039N04L power tubes was only 150 A,which cannot met the extreme working conditions,and often bursts due to the lack of over-temperature and over-current protection.To this end,the drive circuit of the retarder control system was composed of multiple BTS50085 intelligent power tubes in parallel,which solves the problem of the difficulty of realizing overcurrent self-protection.With the help of bench test,it was verified that the control system had higher work efficiency.
