摘  要:表面织构化是一种微观改变材料表面性能的技术。在柱塞泵滑鞘-斜盘摩擦副中建立销盘往复理论模型,在斜盘表面制备不同深度的三角形、圆形和V形的表面微织构;在油润滑实验条件下,借助CFD方法对不同深度、不同形状的织构化表面进行流体润滑分析;通过计算机模拟流体流动的真实情况,对模拟仿真分析的压力云图、流线轨迹图、速度力量图等进行分析,探究不同形状、不同深度单元织构对流体动压润滑效果影响。结果表明,单元织构凹坑区域有明显的楔效应。当润滑介质流入发散楔时负压效应产生;润滑介质流入收敛楔时则会产生正压效应,起到良好的动压润滑效果。另外,织构的引入对提高往复摩擦副承载能力也有积极意义。Surface texturing is a technology that microscopically changes the surface properties of materials.A reciprocating pin-on-disk theoretical model was established for the slipper-swashplate friction pair in the piston pump,and triangular,circular and V-shaped surface micro-textures with different depths were prepared on the surface of the swashplate.Under the experimental conditions of oil lubrication,the fluid lubrication analysis of the textured surfaces with different depths and shapes was carried out by means of the CFD method.By simulating the real situation of fluid flow through a computer,the pressure cloud diagrams,streamline trajectory diagrams,velocity force diagrams,etc.obtained from the simulation and analysis were analyzed to explore the influence of unit textures with different shapes and depths on the hydrodynamic lubrication effect of the fluid.The results showed that there was an obvious wedge effect in the pit area of the unit texture.When the lubricating medium flowed into the divergent wedge,a negative pressure effect was generated;when the lubricating medium flowed into the convergent wedge,a positive pressure effect was generated,achieving a good hydrodynamic lubrication effect.In addition,the introduction of textures also had positive significance for improving the load-carrying capacity of the reciprocating friction pair.
