摘 要:本文旨在探讨直接时效温度和时间对沉积态GH4099合金中γ′强化相析出行为及其对合金显微硬度和力学性能的影响,并通过调控直接时效温度和时间优化γ′强化相的析出,从而提高合金的性能。采用不同直接时效温度(700℃、750℃、800℃、850℃)和不同直接时效时间(0.5 h、1 h、2 h、4 h、8 h、10 h、12 h、16 h)处理沉积态GH4099合金,利用扫描电子显微镜和Image-Pro Plus软件分析γ′强化相的尺寸、数量和形态。同时,通过Lifshitz-Slyozov-Wagner(LSW)方程计算γ′强化相粒子的粗化速率,并测试了合金试样和试棒的显微硬度和力学性能。研究结果表明,随着直接时效的进行,γ′强化相聚集长大,沉积态GH4099由欠时效状态逐渐转变为过时效状态,750℃×4 h处理后显微硬度值最高,为458.27HV0.5,此外研究发现,提高时效温度,可以改善GH4099的塑性,850℃处理时GH4099的断后延伸率最高,约为26%。This article aims to explore the effect of direct aging temperature and time on the precipitation behavior ofγ′strengthening phase in deposited GH4099 alloy and its influence on the microhardness and mechanical properties of the alloy,and optimize the precipitation ofγ′strengthening phase by adjusting the direct aging temperature and time,so as to improve the properties of the alloy.The deposited GH4099 alloy was treated with different direct aging temperatures(700℃,750℃,800℃,850℃)and different direct aging times(0.5 h,1 h,2 h,4 h,8 h,10 h,12 h,16 h).The size,quantity and morphology ofγ′strengthening phase were analyzed by Scanning Electron Microscope(SEM)and Image-Pro Plus software.At the same time,the coarsening rate ofγ′strengthening phase particles was calculated by Lifshitz-Slyozov-Wagner(LSW)equation,and the microhardness and mechanical properties of alloy specimens and test bars were tested.The research results show that with the progress of direct aging,theγ′strengthening gathers and grows,and the deposited GH4099 gradually transitions from under aging to over aging.After 750℃×4 h treatment,the microhardness value is the highest,which is 458.27HV0.5.In addition,it is found that the plasticity of GH4099 can be improved by increasing the aging temperature.When treated at 850℃,the elongation after fracture of GH4099 is the highest,about 26%.
