摘  要:增材制造技术应用于空间光学反射镜制造,有助于提升光学遥感器的轻量化水平和快速研制能力。本文以A1Sil0Mg粉末为原材料,采用选区激光熔化(Selective Laser Melting,SLM)成形技术,开展光学反射镜SLM成形工艺研究。针对回转对称、背部开放式三角形轻量化孔的构型特征,设计了两种工艺支撑方式,进行了打印试验,并利用X射线和荧光渗透检测了成形质量,对质量符合要求的毛坯进行了光学加工。结果表明,将反射面填实后生长在基板上的成形方式相比实体筋板加块状支撑的成形方式获得的成形质量更好。反射镜镜面经光学加工后表面粗糙度平均值为4.0 nm、面形精度为RMS 1/20λ。该研究结果可为空间光学反射镜的选区激光熔化成形工艺设计提供参考。The application of additive manufacturing technology to space optical mirrors facilitates the lightweight design and rapid development of optical remote sensors.This study utilizes Selective Laser Melting(SLM)technology to investigate the SLM forming process of optical mirrors using AlSi10Mg powder as raw material.Based on the configuration features of the symmetrical rotation and the open triangular lightweight holes at the back,two processing support methods are developed and printing tests are conducted.The forming quality is assessed using X-ray and fluorescence techniques,and optical processing is performed subsequently.The results indicate that the forming method involving the filling of the reflective surface and growth on the substrate is superior to the solid rib plate combined with block support.The average surface roughness of the mirror is measured at 4.0 nm,with a surface shape accuracy of RMS 1/20λafter optical processing.This study provides valuable insights for the design of SLM forming process for space optical mirrors.
