摘　　要：近20年来新发突发传染病疫情频发,给人民生命安全和社会经济发展造成重大影响。本文简述了国际关注的病原体清单,近年发生的甲型H1N1流感、中东呼吸综合征、埃博拉出血热、新型冠状病毒感染等新发突发传染病疫情及影响,介绍了世界卫生组织(World Health Organization,WHO)历年来宣布的突发公共卫生事件中诊断技术应用情况,并以新型冠状病毒为例对不同类型的诊断技术进行了综述,最后对诊断技术的未来应用及发展趋势进行了展望。Department of Toxicology,School of Public Health,Cheeloo College of Medicine,Shandong University;Division I of In Vitro Diagnostics for Infectious Diseases,Institute for In Vitro Diagnostics Control,National Institutes for Food and Drug Control;NMPA Key Laboratory for Quality Research and Evaluation of Medical Devices;NMPA Key Laboratory for Quality Research and Evaluation of In Vitro Diagnostics;Over the past 20 years,the outbreak of emerging and re-emerging infectious diseases has occurred frequently,which has a significant impact on people's life safety and social and economic development.This article briefly introduces pathogens list of international concern,the impacts of the emerging infectious disease during recent years,such as 2009 influenza A(H1N1),MERS,Ebola disease and COVID-19,and the application of diagnostic technologies in public health emergencies declared by the World Health Organization(WHO).Finally,taking SARS-CoV-2 as an example,this paper reviews different types of diagnostic techniques,and prospects the future application and development trend of diagnostic techniques for emerging infectious diseases.
