摘  要:为提升无针胰岛素注射器使用的安全感及舒适性,合理探究无针胰岛素注射器的创新设计路径。首先,采用问卷调查法获取糖尿病患者对无针胰岛素注射器的用户需求,通过AHP层次分析法量化评估用户需求;其次,运用QFD建立用户需求与设计要求的关系矩阵,将关键设计要求转化为主要功能特征;随后,通过FBS模型映射出功能特征对应的产品结构模块。最后,根据分析功能特征及相应结构模块进行设计实践,设计具备红外检测功能并能为用户寻找到安全注射点的无针胰岛素注射器。通过集成AHP-QFD-FBS模型进行设计分析和转化,验证该模型进行用户需求聚焦和设计转化具备较好可行性和有效性,为无针胰岛素注射器设计创新提供新思路。In order to improve the safety and comfort of needleless insulin syringes,the innovative design path of needleless insulin syringes is scientifically explored.Firstly,a questionnaire survey is used to obtain the user requirements of the needleless insulin injector for diabetic patients and quantify the user requirements using AHP hierarchical analysis,secondly,QFD is used to establish the relationship matrix between the user requirements and the design requirements,and the screened key requirements are transformed into the main functional features,and then the product structure modules corresponding to the functional features are mapped out based on the FBS model.Finally,based on the analyzed functional features and the corresponding structural modules,a needleless insulin injector with infrared detection function and the ability to find the safe injection point for the user was designed in practice.It is verified that it is feasible to use the AHP-QFD-FBS model to guide the design of needleless insulin syringes,which provides new ideas for the design of needleless insulin syringes.
