摘  要:针对选择性催化还原(Selective Catalytic Reduction,SCR)脱硝系统优化控制问题,利用粒子群算法进行全工况系统辨识;基于动态矩阵控制(Dynamic Matrix Control,DMC)理论提出了一种带前馈的全工况DMC-PID串级控制策略,并搭建前馈DMC-PID控制框架。仿真结果显示,该方法超调更小,调节速度更快,优于其他控制,尤其在低工况下效果更为明显;同时在扰动实验中,也验证了该方法较强的抗干扰能力,可以实现SCR脱硝系统优化控制。In order to solve the problem of optimal control of selective catalytic reduction(SCR)denitrification system,the particle swarm optimization algorithm was used to identify the system under all working conditions.Based on the dynamic matrix control(DMC)theory,a DMC-PID cascade control strategy with feedforward was proposed,and a feedforward DMC-PID control framework was built.The simulation results show that the proposed method has less overshoot and faster adjustment time,which is better than other controls,especially under low working conditions.At the same time,in the disturbance experiment,it is also verified that the proposed method has a strong anti-interference ability,and the optimal control of the SCR denitrification system can be realized.
