火电厂气力输灰系统故障分析及改进措施研究

摘  要:针对浓相正压气力输送技术在工程应用中出现的问题进行了研究,结合内蒙古某电厂的实际运行情况,总结了国内大型火电厂气力输灰系统出力不足的原因和分析判断方法,并对相应的改进措施进行了研究,对多种改进措施的技术特点、适用范围、预期效果及经济性等进行了详细分析。研究结果表明,增大输灰管径可以有效增加出力,同时降低流速,减少磨损,且对原系统改动较小,费用较低,是兼具实用性和经济性的较优方案,对该技术的工程应用可以起到参考和借鉴作用。The paper researches on the problems in the practical application of dense phase positive pressure pneumatic fly ash handling system.Based on the actual situation of Inner Mongolia power plant,the causes and judgment methods of insufficient capacity of pneumatic fly ash handling system in large thermal power plants in China were studied and analyzed.Then,the technical schemes,application scope,expected results and economy of various improvement measures were analysed detailedly.The result of this study shows that the solution of increasing the ash handling pipe diameter which is both practical and economical,has minor change and lower costs,and it can effectively increase the handling capacity and reduce the flow velocity and wear,and provides some experience and reference for engineering application of dense phase positive pressure pneumatic fly ash handling system.
