摘  要:目的探讨冠状动脉CT血管成像(CCTA)周围脂肪衰减指数(FAI)与不同优势类型关系间的影响。方法本研究为横断面研究,选取2020年1月至2021年12月因疑似冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病于北部战区总医院心血管外科行CCTA检查且结果显示无异常的147例患者,男63例,女84例,年龄(51.50±6.73)岁,年龄范围为20~75岁。根据不同冠状动脉优势类型将患者分为均衡型组、左优势型组和右优势型组,每组49例。比较同一优势类型下不同冠状动脉分支的FAI和同一冠状动脉分支下不同优势类型间的FAI。结果均衡型组左前降支为[(-89.14±7.13)HU],左回旋支为[(-86.47±7.64)HU],右冠状动脉为[(-90.86±8.46)HU];左优势型组左前降支为[(-90.80±8.08)HU],左回旋支为[(-86.12±7.69)HU],右冠状动脉为[(-91.02±10.18)HU];右优势型组左前降支为[(-90.69±9.04)HU],左回旋支为[(-87.47±7.78)HU],右冠状动脉为[(-92.76±7.77)HU],均衡型组左前降支与左回旋支比较、均衡型组左回旋支与右冠状动脉、左优势型组左前降支与左回旋支、左优势型组左回旋支与右冠状动脉、右优势型组左前降支与左回旋支、右优势型组左回旋支与右冠状动脉比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。同一冠状动脉分支下不同优势类型间的FAI比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论CCTA显示无异常的患者中,同一冠状动脉分支下不同优势类型间的FAI比较,差异均无统计学意义,初步表明在对FAI分析时,可暂时先不考虑冠状动脉优势类型对FAI的影响。Objective:To investigate the relationship between pericoronary fat attenuation index(FAI)and different dominant types based on coronary artery computed tomography angiography(CCTA).Methods:This study was a cross-sectional study,selecting 147 patients who underwent CCTA examination in department of Cardiovascular Surgery at the General Hospital of Northern Theater Command from January 2020 to December 2021 due to suspected coronary atherosclerotic heart disease with normal examination results,there were 63 males 84 females,with an age of(51.50±6.73)years old,and the age range was 20 to 75 years old.Patients were divided into balanced group,left dominant group and right dominant group according to different coronary artery dominance,with 49 cases in each group.To compare the FAI of different coronary artery branches under the same dominance type and the FAI between different dominance types under the same coronary artery branch.Results:The left anterior descending artery in the balanced group was[(-89.14±7.13)HU],the left circumflex artery was[(-86.47±7.64)HU],and the right coronary artery was[(-90.8±8.46)HU];in the left dominant group,the left anterior descending artery was[(-90.80±8.08)HU],the left circumflex artery was[(-86.12±7.69)HU],and the right coronary artery[(-91.02±10.18)HU];in the right dominant group,the left anterior descending artery was[(90.69±9.04)HU],the left circumflex artery was[(-87.47±7.78)HU],and the right coronary artery was[(-92.76±7.77)HU].Comparisons between the left anterior descending artery and the left circumflex artery in the balanced group,the left circumflex artery and the right coronary artery in the balanced group,the left anterior descending artery and left circumflex artery in the left dominant group,the left circumflex artery and the right coronary artery in the left dominant group,the left anterior artery and the left circumflex artery in the right dominant group,the left circumflex artery and the right coronary artery in the right dominant group were compared,the d
