摘 要:针对变矩器解锁工况下的缓速器稳态制动转矩预测问题,考虑变矩器反传工况,结合计算流体动力学(CFD)仿真模型与试验数据,建立液压-液力联合仿真模型.探究缓速器的泵吸效应及出口压力变化,获取液压-液力系统的压力流量特性与缓速器的充液特性,开展台架试验验证.结果表明:缓速器工作时具有泵吸效应,使系统流量增加;液压-液力联合仿真模型得到的压力流量特性与试验数据相符合,仿真数据与试验结果相对误差不超过10%;缓速器的充液率与出口压力、动轮转速相关,通过联合仿真模型预测的充液率与试验误差不超过5%;充液率随出口压力的增加而增加,随动轮转速的增加而减小.In addressing the task of predicting the steady-state braking torque of the retarder under torque converter unlocking state,the hydraulic-hydrodynamic co-simulation model was constructed,which considered the reverse transmission condition of the torque converter and combined the computational fluid dynamics(CFD)simulation model with test data.Considering the pumping effect of the retarder and the change of outlet pressure,the pressure-flow characteristic and the filling characteristic of the retarder was obtained,and bench test were carried out.The results show that:the retarder has a pumping effect,which increases the flow of the system;the pressure and flow characteristics obtained by the hydraulic-hydraulic co-simulation model are consistent with the test data,and the relative error between the simulation data and the test results is not more than 10%.The filling rate of the retarder is related to the outlet pressure and the speed of the rotor.The error of the filling rate predicted by the co-simulation model and the test is not more than 5%,the filling rate increases as the outlet pressure increase and the speed of the rotor decreases.
