摘  要:【目的】‘瑞阳’是西北农林科技大学选育的优质晚熟苹果新品种,继承了‘秦冠’苹果丰产稳产、易管理、抗病性强和耐贮运等优点的同时,在口感甜度和果肉质量上优于‘红富士’苹果,因此近年来广受市场赞誉。为探讨‘瑞阳’苹果的适宜栽培区域,试验对比分析了不同产地‘瑞阳’苹果的主要品质性状。【方法】在全国范围内选取了9个不同产地的盛果期‘瑞阳’苹果果园进行采样。对采集苹果果实的品质性状进行测定,包括单果质量、横径、纵径、硬度、果形指数、可溶性固形物质量分数、酸度以及果实亮度参数、红绿参数和黄蓝参数等。【结果】不同产地的‘瑞阳’果实品质在单果质量、横径、纵径、可溶性固形物质量分数、果实亮度参数、红绿参数和黄蓝参数方面差异显著,但各产地果实的硬度、果形指数与酸度无显著差异。综合分析结果表明,陕西长武和陕西淳化两产地的‘瑞阳’综合品质较好,主要表现为果个大,单果质量重,硬度适中,可溶性固形物质量分数及固酸比高;而山西临猗和陕西延川两产地的果实综合品质较差,主要表现为果个小,单果质量轻,酸度大,固酸比小。【结论】陕西长武和陕西淳化是‘瑞阳’苹果较适宜的栽培区域,试验研究为类似生态条件下引种‘瑞阳’苹果新品种提供了重要的参考依据。【Objective】‘Ruiyang’is a new high-quality late-maturing apple cultivar selected by Northwest A&F University.It has the advantages of high and stable yield,easy management,strong disease resistance,and good storage and transportation tolerance.Meanwhile,it is superior to‘Red Fuji’apple in taste sweetness and pulp quality,so it has been widely praised in the market in recent years.In order to explore the suitable cultivation areas of‘Ruiyang’apple,this experiment compared and analyzed the main quality traits of‘Ruiyang’apples from different producing areas.【Methods】Nine‘Ruiyang’apple orchards in full fruit period from nine different producing areas across the country were selected for sampling.The quality traits of the collected apple fruits were measured,including single fruit weight,transverse diameter,longitudinal diameter,hardness,fruit shape index,soluble solids,acidity,as well as fruit brightness parameters,red-green parameters and yellow-blue parameters.【Results】The results showed that the fruit quality of‘Ruiyang’from different producing areas had significant differences in single fruit weight,transverse diameter,longitudinal diameter,soluble solids,fruit brightness parameters,red-green parameters and yellow-blue parameters,while there were no significant differences in fruit hardness,fruit shape index and acidity among different producing areas.Comprehensive analysis results indicated that the comprehensive quality of‘Ruiyang’apples in Changwu,Shaanxi and Chunhua,Shaanxi was relatively good,mainly manifested as large fruit size,heavy single fruit weight,moderate hardness,high mass fraction of soluble solids and high soluble solids-acid ratio;while the comprehensive quality of fruits in Linyi,Shanxi and Yanchuan,Shaanxi was relatively poor,mainly manifested as small fruit size,light single fruit weight,high acidity and smallsoluble solids-acid ratio.【Conclusion】Changwu,Shaanxi and Chunhua,Shaanxi are relatively suitable cultivation areas for‘Ruiyang’apple,whic
