摘 要:【目的】通过对果园绿肥巢菜属品种资源的微量元素含量进行分析,筛选出适宜在黄土高原地区种植的绿肥品种,为北方果农根据土壤条件选择适合的绿肥品种提供了理论依据。【方法】对巢菜属(Vicia L.)绿肥苕子(Vicia L)和箭筈豌豆(Vicia sativa L.)的20个品种资源中铁、锌、锰、铜、硼等微量元素的含量进行比较分析。【结果】20个巢菜属绿肥品种中微量元素含量排序为铁>锰>锌>硼>铜;野豌豆的花期植物体内5种元素含量最高,总量达到4.862 g·kg^(-1),铁含量(4.568 g·kg^(-1)),锰含量(0.165 g·kg^(-1))在20个品种中均最高;中粒苕锌含量(0.094 g·kg^(-1))、铜含量最高(0.015 g·kg^(-1));九叶光苕中硼含量最高(0.050 g·kg^(-1))。【结论】初步认为在黄土高原果园绿肥中对土壤微量元素补充能力最强的是中粒苕和野豌豆,其次是九叶光苕,本研究为黄土高原果区绿肥种植选择适宜的种质资源提供了理论依据。【Objective】Through the analysis of the trace element content of the green manure resources in the orchard,the green manure varieties suitable for planting in the Loess Plateau were screened out,which provided a theoretical basis for the northern fruit farmers to select suitable green manure varieties according to the soil conditions.【Methods】The contents of trace elements such as Fe,Zn,Mn,Cu and B in 20 varieties of the genus Vicia(Vicia L.)camas(Vicia L.)and arrow peas(Vicia sativa L.)were compared and analyzed.【Results】The content of trace elements in 20 varieties of green manure was Fe>Mn>Zn>B>Cu.The content of five elements in the flowering plants of wild peas was the highest,reaching 4.862 g·kg^(-1).The content of Fe(4.568 g·kg^(-1))and Mn(0.165 g·kg^(-1))was the highest in 20 cultivars.The content of Zn(0.094 g·kg^(-1))and Cu(0.015g·kg^(-1))in medium-grain camas was the highest.The B content in nine-leaved light camas was the highest(0.050 g·kg^(-1)).【Conclusion】This study provides new germplasm resources for green manure cultivation in orchards of the Loess Plateau fruit area and provides a theoretical basis for northern fruit farmers to select suitable green manure varieties according to soil conditions.
