摘　　要：河北省青龙县是京东板栗的优生区和重要产区,栽培面积广,年产板栗10余万t,该地所产青龙板栗含糖量高、肉质细腻,外皮薄、颜色深、有金属光泽,内部涩皮极易剥离,栗仁金黄色,炒熟后香甜糯、不易褐变,深受广大栗商、炒商和消费者的欢迎。根据生产实践,总结出青龙县板栗产业发展8项规范化管理措施,即深耕、改良土壤;培肥土壤,合理施肥;兴修水利设施和合理用水;培育和推广良种,改劣换优;合理密植;植物保护、防治病虫害;地上部和地下部的管理;农用工具和机械设备的使用,以实现有机板栗的最高生产目标。Qinglong County of Hebei Province is the superior area and important production area of Jingdong chestnut.It has a wide cultivation area and an annual output of more than 100000 tons of chestnut.The Qinglong chestnut produced in this area has high sugar content,delicate meat quality,thin skin,deep color and metal luster.The internal astringent skin is easily peeled off,the chestnut kernel is golden yellow,and the roasted chestnut is sweet and waxy,not easy to brown.It is welcomed by the majority of chestnut merchants,stir-fried merchants and consumers.According to the production practice,eight standardized management measures for the development of chestnut industry in Qinglong County were summarized such as deep tillage and soil improvement;fertilization of soil,rational fertilization;construction of water conservancy facilities and rational water use;cultivate and promote good varieties,change the inferior to the superior;reasonable close planting;plant protection,pest control;management of aboveground and underground parts;the use of agricultural tools and mechanical equipment to achieve the highest production goals of organic chestnuts.
