摘  要:针对金属双极板的质量缺陷目前主要依靠人工进行检测,这种方法存在检测效率低、误检率高及成本高等问题,研制一套基于机器视觉的金属双极板质量缺陷自动检测系统。给出检测系统的整体设计方案,并详细介绍检测系统的工序流程以及关键部件的结构组成和工作原理,最后给出检测系统的控制方式。检测系统相机采用16K线阵CMOS相机,成像方式采用垂直成像与侧边成像相组合的方式,检测工序分两步进行:先检测正面,再检测反面。此检测系统检测精度高,采样结果清晰,能为后续的视觉算法研究提供优质的缺陷图片。Aiming at the problems that the quality defects of metal bipolar plates mainly rely on manual detection,which has low detection efficiency,high false detection rate and high cost,an automatic detection system for quality defects of metal bipolar plates based on machine vision was developed.The overall design scheme of the detection system was given,and the process flow of the detection system and the structure and principle of the key components were introduced in detail,and finally the control mode of the detection system was given.The camera of the detection system adopts a 16K linear array CMOS camera.The imaging method adopts a combination of vertical imaging and side imaging.The detection process is carried out in two steps:first detect the front and then detect the back.The detection system has high detection accuracy and clear sampling results,which can provide high-quality defect pictures for subsequent visual algorithm research.
