摘 要:为解决液压缸生产过程中存在强制交货期与柔性交货期并存的多交货期问题,构建以完工时间和机器碳排放量为优化目标的柔性作业车间绿色调度模型。采用基于事件动态调度策略来应对突发事件,并提出一种SA-NSGA-Ⅱ算法来求解该模型。SA-NSGA-Ⅱ算法通过采用基于Tent混沌映射的初始化方式提高初始粒子质量;通过混合交叉变异方式增加种群多样性;通过引入模拟退火算法中Metropolis准则的概率突跳特性,提高算法跳出局部最优能力,加快模型求解速度并避免搜索陷入停滞。通过大量仿真试验及与其他4种算法的对比分析,验证了多交货期问题模型的合理性与SA-NSGA-Ⅱ算法的鲁棒性和优越性。最后,针对韶关某液压件制造企业实际生产过程中出现的紧急订单插入此类高频扰动事件进行建模与求解,验证了此动态调度策略的有效性。To solve the problem of multiple delivery dates coexisting with mandatory and flexible delivery dates in the production process of hydraulic cylinders,a green scheduling model for flexible job workshops was constructed with completion time and machine carbon emissions as optimization objectives.Adopting an event based dynamic scheduling strategy to respond to unexpected events,a SA-NSGA-Ⅱ(Improved Non-dominated Sorting Gen Algorithm II Bsaed on Simulated Annealing,SA-NSGA-Ⅱ)algorithm was proposed to solve the model.In the SA-NSGA-II algorithm,the initial particle mass was improved by using an initialization method based on Tent chaotic mapping;the population diversity was increased through mixed cross mutation;by introducing the probability jump characteristic of Metropolis criterion in simulated annealing algorithm,the algorithm's ability to jump out of local optima was improved,the model solving speed was accelerated,and the search was avoided from getting stuck.Through extensive simulation experiments and comparative analysis with four other algorithms,the rationality of the multiple delivery dates problem model and the robustness and superiority of the SA-NSGA-II algorithm were verified.Finally,through modeling and solving the high-frequency disturbance event of emergency order insertion during the actual production process of a hydraulic component manufacturing enterprise in Shaoguan,the effectiveness of the designed dynamic scheduling strategy is verified.
