摘 要:随市场竞争加剧,传统离散制造车间设备急需借助现代技术实现数字化、网络化、智能化升级。采用边缘计算架构,针对车间生产信息采集的实际需求,研发了离散制造车间设备生产信息监测系统。详细设计了监测系统的总体架构、硬件方案、软件功能,并采用国产化芯片和开源Linux系统进行开发。研发的监测系统实现了原始电流数据的边缘存储和零件级实时边缘计算和状态监测,识别设备加工、待机等运行状态以及每个零件的开工时间和完工时间等生产信息。对某汽车零件的加工过程进行了试验,结果表明:所研发系统能够实时、准确地对车间设备进行长时间稳定监测。With increased competition in the market,traditional discrete manufacturing workshop equipment is in urgent need of modern technology to achieve digital,networked,intelligent upgrade.Using an edge computing architecture,for the actual needs of workshop production information collection,a production information monitoring system was developed for equipment in discrete manufacturing plants.The overall architecture of the monitoring system,the hardware program,the software functions were designed in detail.Localized chips and open-source Linux system were used for development.Using the developed monitoring system,edge storage of raw current data and part-level real-time edge computing and condition monitoring were realized,operational statuses such as equipment processing,standby,and other production information such as start and finish times for each part could be identified.The machining process of an automotive part was tested.The results show that the developed system can monitor workshop equipment real-time,accurately and stably for a long time.
