摘 要:针对齿轮轴视觉测量行为关系的复杂性,开展轴向尺寸测量行为自主规划分析策略研究。面向齿轮轴零件族轴向尺寸测量需求,建立视觉测量行为自主规划分析系统框架,搭建实验装置。提出面向图像拼接需求的采样工位规划方案,可为不同型号零件自主规划采样工位数、重叠区尺寸、角点位置及采样步长;建立视觉测量行为规划分析流程,通过反馈行为更改引起的测量波动,实现行为循环优化。以某型号齿轮轴为对象,开展轴向尺寸测量分析实验。结果表明:基于图像拼接的轴向尺寸测量受曝光时间、特征点检测和边缘点提取行为影响较大,通过行为分析与优化,可将测量波动控制在0.01 mm以内,有效保证轴向尺寸视觉测量的稳定性。Aiming at the complexity of behavior relationship of visual measurement for gear shaft,the autonomous planning and analysis strategy of the measurement behavior for axial dimension was studied.According to the requirements of axial dimension measurement for multi-type gear shafts,the framework of the behavior autonomous planning analysis system for visual measurement was established and the experimental device was built.A scheme of sampling location planning for image stitching requirements was proposed,which could plan the number of sampling,the size of overlapping area,the corner position and the size of sampling step for different types of gear shaft independently.Furthermore,the process of planning and analysis for visual measurement behavior was established to realize behavior optimization by feeding back the fluctuation caused by changing behavior.Finally,taking a certain type of gear shaft as example,the analysis experiment of measuring axial dimension was carried out.The results show that the axial dimension measurement based on image stitching is greatly affected by the exposure time,feature point extraction behavior and contour feature extraction behavior.Using behavior analysis and optimization,the measurement fluctuation can be controlled within 0.01 mm,which ensures the stability of axial dimension visual measurement effectively.
