摘 要:以某立式车床用双速行星齿轮减速器为研究对象,针对其传动过程中的振动和噪声问题,通过Romax软件建立其刚柔耦合仿真模型,对减速器进行偏载仿真分析。结果表明:减速器轮齿接触表面在传动过程中出现了偏载现象。针对上述分析,提出基于遗传算法的齿向鼓状、齿向斜度、渐开线鼓状、渐开线斜度和线性齿顶修缘的多目标修形优化方案。通过对比分析可知,齿轮表面的峰值载荷降低了2.5%,传动系统的传动误差降低了52.63%,减速器壳体表面的振动加速度降低了31.9%,轮齿表面接触偏载现象得到了消除,减速器运行噪声明显降低。Taking the two-speed planetary gear reducer of a vertical lathe as the research object,aiming at the vibration and noise problems in the transmission process,the rigid-flexible coupling simulation model was established by Romax software,and the eccentric load simulation analysis of the reducer was carried out.The results show that the eccentric load phenomenon occurs on the contact surface of the reducer tooth during the transmission process.In view of the above analysis,a multi-objective modification optimization scheme based on genetic algorithm was proposed for crowning,skewing,involute crowning,involute skewing and linear addendum modification.Through comparative analysis,it is concluded that the peak load of the gear surface is reduced by 2.5%,the transmission error of the transmission system is reduced by 52.63%,the vibration acceleration of the reducer shell surface is reduced by 31.9%,the contact eccentric load phenomenon of the gear tooth surface is eliminated,and the running noise of the reducer is obviously reduced.
