摘  要:以M701F重型燃气轮机的旋转对称切向支承板机座-转子系统作为研究对象,建立非对称机座-轴承转子系统动力学模型。为了寻找全局最佳动力学匹配参数,提出一种全局最优匹配分析方法。基于M701F燃气轮机旋转对称切向支承板机座-轴承转子系统相关动力学参数和全局最优匹配分析方法,详细探讨动力学参数时变性对转子系统动力特性的影响规律。通过考虑不同偏置率下转子刚度的变化,揭示了全局匹配域和全局最优匹配轨迹的变化规律及其对轴承转子系统振动特性的影响机制。结果表明:当偏心率为0.125、偏置率为0.2~0.4,且转子刚度分别接近5.69×107、1.61×108、2.89×108 N/m时,系统最佳匹配点出现在奇异区域,并呈不稳定状态;当偏置率从0.2增加到0.4时,机座-轴承转子系统动力学参数最优匹配域的范围逐渐缩小,当偏置率为0.2时,可获得较大的稳定匹配域。Taking the rotationally symmetric tangential support plate basket-rotor system of M701F heavy duty gas turbine as the research object,a dynamic model of the asymmetric casing-bearing rotor system was established.In order to find the global optimal dynamic matching parameters,a global optimal matching analysis method was proposed.Based on the relevant dynamic parameters of the M701F gas turbine's rotationally symmetric tangential support plate casing-bearing rotor system and the global optimal matching analysis method,the influence law of the time-varying dynamic parameters on the dynamic characteristics of the rotor system was discussed in detail.By considering the changes in rotor stiffness under different offset rates,the variation laws of the global matching domain and the global optimal matching trajectory and their influence mechanisms on the vibration characteristics of the bearing rotor system were revealed.The results show that when the eccentricity rate is 0.125,the offset rate is from 0.2 to 0.4,and the rotor stiffness is close to 5.69×107 N/m,1.61×108 N/m,2.89×108 N/m,respectively,the best matching point of the system appears in the singular region and is in an unstable state.As the offset rate increases from 0.2 to 0.4,the range of the optimal matching domain of the dynamics parameters of the base-bearing rotor system is gradually reduced.When the offset rate is 0.2,a larger stable matching domain can be obtained.
