摘 要:为了优化玄武岩-聚丙烯树脂混凝土复合材料的组分配比,采用正交试验法制备新型高强度玄武岩-聚丙烯纤维树脂混凝土试件,分析不同因素对材料抗压性能和热态性能的影响。结果表明:影响玄武岩-聚丙烯纤维树脂混凝土复合材料抗压强度的因素由大到小依次为:树脂、纤维、骨料、填料质量分数。综合考虑玄武岩-聚丙烯纤维复合材料的抗压强度以及热膨胀系数等各因素,各因素最优配比为:树脂质量分数12%、纤维质量分数1.6%、骨料质量分数79%以及填料质量分数7.4%,该配比下试件的抗压强度均值可以达到121.33 MPa,热膨胀系数为11×10-6/℃,较添加混杂纤维前降低了8.3%,平均密度为2600 kg/m 3,平均吸水率为0.032%,平均弯曲强度为30.4 MPa。In order to optimize the composition ratio of basalt-polypropylene resin concrete composite,a new type of high-strength basalt-polypropylene fiber resin concrete specimen was prepared by orthogonal experiment,and the effects of different factors on the mechanical and thermal properties of the material were analyzed.The results show that the factors influencing the compressive strength of the basalt-polypropylene fiber resin concrete composite are as follows:the mass fraction of resin,fiber,aggregate and filler.Considering the compressive strength and thermal expansion coefficient of basalt-polypropylene fiber composite,the optimal ratio of each factor is as follows:resin mass fraction is 12%,fiber mass fraction is 1.6%,aggregate mass fraction is 79%and filler mass fraction is 7.4%.The average compressive strength of the tested fiber resin concrete can reach 121.33 MPa,and the coefficient of thermal expansion can reach 11×10-6/℃,which is reduced by 8.3%compared with that before adding hybrid fiber.And the average density is 2600 kg/m 3,the average water absorption is 0.032%and the average bending strength is 30.4 MPa.
