摘　　要：未足月胎膜早破(PPROM)是围产期并发症之一,若处理不及时将严重影响母儿健康。PPROM病因复杂,发病机制尚不明确,其病因包括但不限于微生物诱导的感染、氧化应激、胎膜拉伸、炎症反应以及细胞衰老与凋亡等。近年来我国PPROM的发病率呈上升趋势,对其发病机制的研究也成为热点课题。本文通过对近年来PPROM病因及发病机制的研究进展进行综述,旨在为PPROM预防提供新的思路。Preterm premature rupture of membranes(PPROM)is one of the perinatal complications,which seriously affects the health of both mother and child if not managed in time.The etiology of PPROM is complex and the pathogenesis is not yet clear.Its etiology includes but is not limited to microbial induced infection,oxidative stress,membrane stretching,inflammatory response,as well as cell senescence and apoptosis.The incidence of PPROM in China has been on the rise in recent years,and the study of its pathogenesis has become a hot topic.This article reviews the research progress on the etiology and pathogenesis of PPROM in recent ye ars,aiming to provide new ideas for its prevention.
