姚氏资生汤联合雌孕激素序贯法治疗薄型子宫内膜所致月经过少的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨姚氏资生汤联合雌孕激素序贯法治疗薄型子宫内膜所致月经过少的临床效果。方法选取2022年8月至2024年4月于昆明市中医医院就诊的72例薄型子宫内膜所致月经过少的患者,以随机数字表法分为治疗组(36例,口服姚氏资生汤+戊酸雌二醇+黄体酮治疗)和对照组(36例,口服戊酸雌二醇+黄体酮治疗)。对比两组月经情况、中医证候评分、子宫内膜厚度,以及不良反应总发生率。结果治疗后治疗组经量、经色与经质、经行时间评分及各中医证候评分低于对照组,子宫内膜厚度大于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组不良反应总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论姚氏资生汤联合戊酸雌二醇和黄体酮治疗薄型子宫内膜引起的月经过少,不仅能改善月经情况和中医证候,还能有效增加子宫内膜厚度,且不良反应发生率较低。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Yao’s Zishengtang combined with sequential estrogen and progesterone therapy in the treatment of oligomenorrhea caused by thin endometrium.Methods From August 2022 to April 2024,72 patients with oligomenorrhea caused by thin endometrium in Kunming Municipal Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected and divided into treatment group(36 cases,oral Yao’s Zishengtang+Estradiol Valerate+Progesterone)and control group(36 cases,oral Estradiol Valerate+Progesterone)by random number table method.The menstrual condition,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,endometrial thickness,and the total incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the scores of menstrual volume,menstrual color,menstrual quality,menstrual time and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group,and the endometrial thickness was greater than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Yao’s Zishengtang combined with Estradiol Valerate and Progesterone in the treatment of oligomenorrhea caused by thin endometrium can not only improve menstruation and traditional Chinese medicine symptom,but also effectively increase the thickness of endometrium,and the incidence of adverse reactions is low.
