个体化综合健康管理在女性围绝经期综合征中的应用

摘　　要：目的 探讨个体化综合健康管理在女性围绝经期综合征中的应用效果。方法 选择2022年1月至2024年3月重庆市长寿区妇幼保健院收治的160例围绝经期综合征患者,按照随机数字表法分为两组。对照组(n=80)实施常规管理,观察组(n=80)实施个体化综合健康管理,比较两组Kupperman评分、血清性激素水平、症状缓解情况。结果 干预后3、6个月,观察组Kupperman评分低于对照组(P <0.05);干预后6个月,观察组雌二醇水平高于对照组,促卵泡激素水平低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组症状缓解情况优于对照组,且总缓解率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 女性围绝经期综合征患者通过个体化综合健康管理,可改善临床症状及性激素水平。Objective To explore the application effect of individualized comprehensive health management in women with perimenopausal syndrome.Methods A total of 160 patients with perimenopausal syndrome admitted to Chongqing Changshou District Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2022 to March 2024 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method.The control group(n=80)was given routine management,and the observation group(n=80)was given individualized comprehensive health management.The Kupperman score,serum sex hormone levels,and symptom relief were compared between the two groups.Results At 3 and 6 months after intervention,the Kupperman score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Six months after intervention,the level of estradiol in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the level of follicle stimulating hormone was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The symptom relief of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the total remission rate was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Individualized comprehensive health management for women with perimenopausal syndrome can improve their clinical symptoms and sex hormone level.
