摘　　要：目的 分析绝经后妇女骨质疏松性椎体隐匿性骨折患者应用唑来膦酸联合经皮椎体后凸成形术(PKP)的治疗效果。方法 选取2021年1月至2023年10月磐安县中医院骨伤科收治的86例骨质疏松性椎体隐匿性骨折的绝经后妇女,按照随机数字表法分为两组,每组43例。对照组仅采取PKP治疗,观察组在其基础上增加唑来膦酸治疗,比较两组各指标差异。结果 观察组术后并发症总发生率及下床活动时间、住院时间均优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组较对照组疼痛、Oswestry功能障碍指数评分以及Cobb角更低,伤椎高度更高(P<0.05)。结论 唑来膦酸联合PKP治疗绝经后妇女骨质疏松性椎体隐匿性骨折的临床效果较好,有助于减轻术后疼痛,改善患者预后指标、伤椎高度。Objective To analyze effect of Zoledronic Acid combined with percutaneous kyphoplasty(PKP)in the treatment of osteoporotic vertebral occult fracture in postmenopausal women.Methods A total of 86 postmenopausal women with osteoporotic vertebral occult fracture admitted to the Department of Orthopedics and Traumatology,Pan’an County Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2021 to October 2023 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with PKP,and the observation group was treated with Zoledronic Acid on the basis of PKP.The differences of indexes between the two groups were compared.Results The total incidence of postoperative complications,ambulation time and hospitalization time in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,compared with the control group,the pain score,Oswestry disability index score,and Cobb angle in the observation group were lower,and the height of the injured vertebra was higher(P<0.05).Conclusion Zoledronic Acid combined with PKP has a good clinical effect in the treatment of osteoporotic vertebral occult fracture in postmenopausal women,which is helpful to reduce postoperative pain,improve the prog nosis indicators,and the height of injured vertebrae.
