磷酸奥司他韦联合小儿豉翘清热颗粒对急性上呼吸道感染患儿免疫功能及炎症因子水平的影响

摘　　要：目的 探讨磷酸奥司他韦联合小儿豉翘清热颗粒对急性上呼吸道感染患儿免疫功能及炎症因子水平的影响。方法 选取2022年2月至2024年2月于内蒙古自治区妇幼保健院儿科接受治疗的120例急性上呼吸道感染患儿,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(60例,予以磷酸奥司他韦治疗)、观察组(60例,予以小儿豉翘清热颗粒^(+)磷酸奥司他韦治疗)。比较两组临床疗效、免疫功能指标、炎症因子水平、不良反应。结果观察组总有效率为96.67%,较对照组的81.67%高(P<0.05);治疗后,与对照组比,观察组CD8^(+)、白细胞介素(IL)-6、IL-8、降钙素原、超敏C反应蛋白水平更低,免疫球蛋白(Ig)A、IgG、CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)水平更高(P <0.05);两组间不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论 对急性上呼吸道感染患儿应用磷酸奥司他韦与小儿豉翘清热颗粒的疗效更好,能够提高免疫功能,减轻炎症反应,值得推广。Objective To explore the effect of Oseltamivir Phosphate combined with Xiao’er Chiqiao Qingre Granules on immune function and inflammatory factor levels in children with acute upper respiratory tract infection.Methods A total of 120 children with acute upper respiratory tract infection in Department of Pediatrics,Inner Mongolia Maternity and Child Health Care Hospital from February 2022 to February 2024 were selected.According to the random table method,they were divided into control group(60 cases,treated with Oseltamivir Phosphate)and observation group(60 cases,treated with Oseltamivir Phosphate combined with Xiao’er Chiqiao Qingre Granules).The clinical efficacy,immune function indexes,inflammatory factor levels and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 96.67%,which was higher than 81.67%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,compared with the control group,the levels of CD8^(+),interleukin(IL)-6,IL-8,procalcitonin,hypersensitive C-reactive protein were lower,and immunoglobulin(Ig)A,IgG,CD4^(+),CD4^(+)and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)were higher in the observation group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The efficacy of Oseltamivir Phosphate and Xiao’er Chiqiao Qingre Granules for children with acute upper respiratory tract infection is better,which can improve immune function and reduce inflammatory reaction,and i s worthy of promotion.
