摘　　要：目的 探讨硫酸镁湿敷联合会阴部淋巴引流对顺产后会阴水肿产妇水肿、会阴疼痛程度的影响。方法 选取2023年1月至12月南通市第一人民医院收治的102例顺产后会阴水肿产妇,按照奇偶数法分为两组,每组各51例。对照组给予硫酸镁湿敷,观察组在对照组基础上采用会阴部淋巴引流,比较两组会阴水肿分度、会阴变化情况、会阴疼痛程度。结果 观察组会阴水肿分度优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组水肿、瘀斑消退时间均较对照组短,且局部水肿差值高于对照组(P <0.05);干预后,两组疼痛评分均降低,且观察组较对照组更低(P <0.05)。结论 会阴部淋巴引流联合硫酸镁湿敷可改善顺产后会阴水肿产妇的会阴水肿分度,加速会阴愈合,减轻疼痛。Objective To investigate the effect of Magnesium sulfate wet compress combined with perineal lymph drainage on edema and perineal pain in parturients with perineal edem a after spontaneous delivery.Methods A total of 102 parturients with perineal edema after vaginal delivery admitted to Nantong First People’s Hospital from January to December 2023 were selected and divided into two groups according to odd and even number method,with 51 cases in each group.The control group was given Magnesium sulfate wet compress,and the observation group was given perineal lymph drainage on the basis of the control group.The perineal edema grading,perineal changes and perineal pain degree were compared between the two groups.Results The perineal edema grading of observation group was better than that of control group(P<0.05).The regression time of edema and ecchymosis in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference of local edema was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the pain score of both groups was decreased,and that in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Perineal lymphatic drainage combined with Magnesium sulfate wet compress can improve the degree of perineal edema in parturients with perineal edema after spontaneous delivery,accelerate perineal healing and reduce pain.
