低分子肝素钠联合地屈孕酮治疗妊娠早期先兆流产的临床效果

摘　　要：目的 观察低分子肝素钠联合地屈孕酮治疗妊娠早期先兆流产的临床效果。方法 选取2022年1月至2023年12月齐河县人民医院收治的100例妊娠早期先兆流产患者进行回顾性分析,以不同用药方式分为两组,每组各50例。常规组采用地屈孕酮治疗,研究组在常规组基础上采用低分子肝素钠治疗。比较两组凝血功能、不适症状消失时间、临床疗效及足月分娩率。结果 治疗后,两组凝血功能优于治疗前,且研究组优于常规组(P<0.05)。研究组不适症状消失时间短于常规组(P<0.05)。研究组治疗总有效率及足月分娩率高于常规组(P <0.05)。结论 低分子肝素钠联合地屈孕酮在妊娠早期先兆流产治疗中具有协同作用,能够有效改善患者的凝血功能,缩短不适症状消失时间,提高治疗总有效率及足月分娩率。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Low Molecular Heparin Sodium combined with Dydrogesterone in the treatment of threatened abortion in early pregnancy.Methods A retrospective analysis of 100 patients with threatened abortion in early pregnancy who were admitted to People’s Hospital of Qihe County from January 2022 to December 2023 was carried out.All the patients were divided into two groups by different medication modes,with 50 cases in each group.The conventional group was treated with Dydrogesterone,and the research group was treated with Low Molecular Heparin Sodium on the basis of the conventional group.The coagulation function,disappearance time of discomfort symptoms,clinical efficacy,and term delivery rate of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the coagulation function of the two groups was better than that before treatment,and the research group was better than the conventional group(P<0.05).The disappearance time of discomfort symptoms in the research group was shorter than that in the conventional group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment and the term delivery rate in the research group were higher than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion Low Molecular Heparin Sodium combined with Dydrogesterone has a synergistic effect in the treatment of threatened abortion in early pregnancy,which can effectively improve the coagulation function of patients,shorten the disappearance time of discomfort symptoms,and improve the total effective rate of tr eatment and the term delivery rate.
