摘　　要：目的探讨角色适应性健康教育联合基于共同养育理论的护理模式对初产妇母乳喂养自我效能、母亲角色适应能力及产后应对方式的影响。方法选择2022年10月至2023年12月济南市第二妇幼保健院66例初产妇,采用随机数字表法分为两组,各33例。对照组行常规护理模式,观察组行角色适应性健康教育联合基于共同养育理论的护理模式,比较两组母乳喂养自我效能[中文版母乳喂养自我效能简式量表(BSES-SF)]、母亲角色适应能力及产后应对方式[简易应对方式问卷(SCSQ)]。结果观察组BSES-SF、母亲角色适应能力各维度评分及总分高于对照组(P<0.05);干预后观察组SCSQ积极应对评分较对照组更高,消极应对方式评分较对照组更低(P<0.05)。结论角色适应性健康教育联合基于共同养育理论的护理模式能提高初产妇母乳喂养自我效能,改善初产妇产后应对方式,促进其尽快适应母亲角色转换。Objective To explore the effects of role adaptive health education combined with nursing mode based on co-parenting theory on breastfeeding self-efficacy,maternal role adaptive ability and postpartum coping style of primiparas.Methods From October 2022 to December 2023,66 primiparas in the Second Children and Women’s Healthcare of Jinan were selected and divided into two groups by random number table method,with 33 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing mode,and the observation group received role adaptive health education combined with nursing mode based on co-parenting theory.The breastfeeding self-efficacy(Chinese version of breastfeeding self-efficacy scale-short form[BSES-SF]),maternal role adaptive ability and postpartum coping style(simple coping style questionnaire[SCSQ])were compared between the two groups.Results The each dimension and total scores of BSES-SF,maternal role adaptive ability in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the SCSQ positive coping score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the negative coping score was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Role adaptive health education combined with nursing model based on co-parenting theory can improve breastfeeding self-efficacy of primiparas,improve postpartum coping style of primiparas,and promote them to adapt to maternal role change as soon as possible.
