摘　　要：本文报道1例兰州大学第二医院于2023年12月25日收治的锐器致复合性颅内损伤儿童,该患儿接受神经外科联合颌面外科手术治疗以及全面精细化护理,于2023年12月30日病情得到有效控制。临床针对锐器致复合性颅内损伤除了正确及时的手术治疗外,精细的护理也至关重要。及时观察病情变化,预防并发症的发生,做好术前、术后护理及心理护理,是该类患儿的护理重点,也是保证治疗效果的基础,不仅能提高患儿生存质量,也能减少后续并发症。This paper reports a child with compound intracranial injury from a sharp instrument who was admitted to the Second Hospital of Lanzhou University on December 25,2023.The child received neurosurgery combined with maxillofacial surgery and comprehensive and intensive nursing,and her condition was effectively controlled on December 30,2023.In addition to correct and timely surgical treatment,fine nursing is also very important for compound intracranial injury from sharp instruments.Timely observation of changes in the condition,prevention of complications,preoperative and postoperative nursing and psychological nursing are the focus of care for such children,and are also the basis for ensuring the treatment effect,which can not only improve the quality of life of children,but also reduce subsequent complications.
