摘　　要：目的 观察积极心理暗示联合伙伴式导乐陪伴护理在初产妇阴道分娩助产护理中的应用效果。方法 选取2021年8月至2023年10月于济南市第二妇幼保健院行阴道分娩的84例初产妇,按随机数字表法分为两组,每组各42例。对照组予以常规护理,观察组予以积极心理暗示联合伙伴式导乐陪伴护理,比较两组的心理状态、疼痛程度、产程、不良母婴结局。结果 护理后,观察组焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表、疼痛评分均较对照组低,第一、二、三产程较对照组短,不良母婴结局总发生率较对照组低(P <0.05)。结论 积极心理暗示联合伙伴式导乐陪伴护理应用于初产妇阴道分娩中,能够减轻其不良情绪及疼痛程度,缩短产程,减少不良母婴结局。Objective To observe the application effect of positive psychological suggestion combined with partner style doula accompaniment nursing in vaginal delivery and midwifery nursing for primiparas.Methods A total of 84 primiparas who underwent vaginal delivery in the Second Children and Women’s Health Care of Jinan from August 2021 to October 2023 were selected and divided into two groups by the random number table method,with 42 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received positive psychological suggestion combined with partner style doula accompaniment nursing.The psychological state,pain degree,labor process and adverse maternal and infant outcomes were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the self-rating anxiety scale,self-rating depression scale and pain scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the first,second and third stages of labor were shorter than those of the control group,and the total incidence of adverse maternal and infant outcomes was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of positive psychological suggestion combined with partner style doula accompaniment nursing in vaginal delivery for primiparas can reduce their negative emotions and pain,shorten the labor process,and reduce adverse maternal and infant outcomes.
