基于家庭病床模式的综合性护理对长期卧床残疾儿童肢体运动功能的影响

摘　　要：目的 探讨基于家庭病床模式的综合性护理对长期卧床残疾儿童肢体运动功能的影响。方法 选取济南市儿童福利院2022年2月至2023年2月收治的80例长期卧床的残疾儿童,按照随机数字表法将其分为两组。对照组(n=40)给予常规护理,观察组(n=40)在此基础上给予基于家庭病床模式的综合性护理。比较两组肢体运动功能、心理状态及患儿监护人护理满意度。结果 护理后,观察组精细运动商评分[(90.58±4.16)分]、粗大运动商评分[(85.74±7.21)分]及总体运动商评分[(90.75±5.16)分]均高于对照组[(85.72±3.72)、(78.25±6.32)、(82.62±4.28)分],SAS评分[(22.73±0.33)分]及SDS评分[(35.23±0.16)分]均低于对照组[(46.20±0.63)、(42.21±0.13)分],患儿监护人护理总满意率(100.00%)高于对照组(80.00%)(P <0.05)。结论 基于家庭病床模式的综合性护理在长期卧床残疾儿童中应用,可改善患儿的肢体运动功能及心理状态,并提升护理满意度。Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing based on family sickbed model on limb motor function of children with long-term bedridden disability.Methods A total of 80 children with long-term bedridden disability admitted to Jinan Children’s Welfare Center from February 2022 to February 2023 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method.The control group(n=40)was given routine nursing,and the observation group(n=40)was given comprehensive nursing based on family sickbed model on this basis.The limb motor function,mental state and nursing satisfaction of children’s guardians were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the fine motor quotient score([90.58±4.16]points),gross motor quotient score([85.74±7.21]points)and total motor quotient score([90.75±5.16]points)of the observation group were higher than those of the control group([85.72±3.72],[78.25±6.32],[82.62±4.28]points),the SAS score([22.73±0.33]points)and SDS score([35.23±0.16]points)of the observation group were lower than those of the control group([46.20±0.63],[42.21±0.13]points),and the total nursing satisfaction rate of children’s guardians of the observation group(100.00%)was higher than that of the control group(80.00%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of comprehensive nursing based on family sickbed model in long-term bedridden disability children can improve the limb motor function and mental state,and improve nursing satisfaction.
