摘　　要：目的 分析“互联网+延伸护理”对宫颈癌根治术后居家清洁间歇导尿患者膀胱管理及生存质量的影响。方法 选取2020年1月至2024年1月于南京医科大学第二附属医院妇科完成宫颈癌根治术后并出院的52例居家清洁间歇导尿患者,采用抽签法分组,其中对照组(26例)实施传统随访护理干预模式,观察组(26例)实施“互联网+延伸护理”干预模式,对比两组出院后1个月的膀胱管理效果、生存质量评分、并发症发生情况。结果 观察组干预后的生存质量评分高于对照组(P <0.05);观察组首次排尿残余量少于对照组,并发症总发生率低于对照组(P <0.05);观察组残留尿量低于100 ml时间短于对照组(P <0.05)。结论 “互联网+延伸护理”的应用能够进一步提升宫颈癌根治术后居家清洁间歇导尿患者膀胱管理效果,改善其生存质量水平,值得推广应用。Objective To analyze the effect of“Internet plus extended nursing”on bladder management and quality of life of patients with clean intermittent catheterization after radical surgery for cervical cancer.Methods From January 2020 to January 2024,52 patients who were discharged from the Gynecology Department of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing Medical University after completing radical surgery for cervical cancer were selected and divided into groups by drawing lots.Among them,26 patients in the con trol group implemented the traditional follow-up nursing intervention mode,and 26 patients in the observation group implemented the“Internet plus extended nursing”intervention mode.The differences in bladder management effect,quality of life scores,and incidence of complications between the two groups at one month after discharge were compared.Results After intervention,the quality of life score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),the residual volume of first urination was less than that in the control group(P<0.05),the total incidence of complications was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the duration of residual urine volume below 100 ml was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of“Internet plus extended nursing”can further improve the bladder management effect of patients with clean intermittent catheterization at home after radical surgery for cervical cancer,and improve their quality of life,which is worth popularizing.
