优质护理联合综合护理在早产儿无创呼吸机辅助通气中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的 探讨优质护理联合综合护理在早产儿无创呼吸机辅助通气中的应用效果。方法 选取2023年1月至2024年4月在鱼台县人民医院接受无创呼吸机辅助通气治疗的50例早产儿作为研究对象,依据随机数字表法分为传统组(采用传统护理)与观察组(在传统组基础上采用优质护理联合综合护理),每组各25例。比较两组护理效果。结果 护理后,两组血气指标及呼吸功能均改善,且观察组血气指标及呼吸功能均优于传统组(P<0.05)。出生后5、10min,两组Apgar评分均提升,且观察组Apgar评分更高(P<0.05)。观察组护理总满意率高于传统组,并发症总发生率低于传统组(P<0.05)。结论 优质护理联合综合护理在早产儿无创呼吸机辅助通气中应用能有效改善血气指标、呼吸功能及早产儿状况,提高护理满意度,降低并发症发生率。Objective To explore the application effect of high-quality nursing combined with comprehensive nursing in preterm infants with noninvasive ventilator-assisted ventilation.Methods A total of 50 preterm infants who received noninvasive ventilator-assisted ventilation in Yutai County People’s Hospital from January 2023 to April 2024 were selected as the study objects and divided into the traditional group(received traditional nursing)and the observation group(received high-quality nursing combined with comprehensive nursing on the basis of the traditional group)by the random number table method,with 25 cases in each group.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results After nursing,the blood gas indexes and respiratory function in both groups improved,and the blood gas indexes and respiratory function in the observation group were better than those in the traditional group(P<0.05).At 5 and 10 minutes after birth,the Apgar scores increased in both groups,and the Apgar score in the observation group was higher(P<0.05).The total rate of nursing satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the traditional group,while the total incidence rate of complications was lower than that in the traditional group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of high-quality nursing combined with comprehensive nursing in preterm infants with noninvasive ventilator-assisted ventilation can effectively improve the blood gas indexes,respiratory function,and the condition of preterm infants,improve nursing satisfaction,and reduce the incidence of complications.
