摘　　要：目的 探讨优质护理干预在妊娠糖尿病患者中的应用效果。方法 选取2023年1月至12月江苏省苏北人民医院收治的80例妊娠糖尿病患者作为研究对象,依照随机数字表法分为两组,每组各40例。对照组使用常规护理,试验组在对照组基础上使用优质护理。比较两组生活质量、睡眠情况、心理状态及围生儿不良结局发生情况。结果 护理后,试验组生活质量、睡眠情况优于对照组,心理状态评分、围生儿不良结局总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 妊娠糖尿病患者实施优质护理干预的临床效果较好,可有效改善生活质量、心理状态及睡眠情况,减少围生儿不良结局的发生。Objective To explore the application effect of high-quality nursing intervention in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 80 patients with gestational diabetes mellitus in Northern Jiangsu People’s Hospital from January to December 2023 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the experimental group received high-quality nursing on the basis of the control group.The quality of life,sleep status,psychological status,and incidence of adverse perinatal outcomes of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the quality of life and sleep status in the experimental group were better than those in the control group,psychological status score and total incidence of adverse perinatal outcomes were lower th an those in the control group,with significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of high-quality nursing intervention for patients with gestational diabetes mellitus is good,which can effectively improve the quality of life,psychological status,and sleep status,and reduce the incidence of adverse perinatal outcomes.
