摘　　要：目的 观察家属陪伴式分娩护理对自然分娩初产妇心态、产程及分娩疼痛的影响。方法 选取南通市第一人民医院(南通大学第二附属医院)2022年1月至2024年3月收治的200例自然分娩初产妇作为研究对象,采取随机数字表法分为对照组(n=100,采用常规护理)与观察组(n=100,在对照组基础上采用家属陪伴式分娩护理)。比较两组心理状态、产程及疼痛评分。结果 干预后,观察组汉密尔顿焦虑量表、汉密尔顿抑郁量表评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组第一、第二、第三产程均短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组各产程视觉模拟评分法评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 自然分娩初产妇采用家属陪伴式分娩护理,有利于缓解初产妇负面心理,减轻疼痛感,缩短产程。Objective To observe the impact of family accompanying delivery nursing on psychological status,labor,and delivery pain of primiparas undergoing natural childbirth.Methods A total of 200 primiparas undergoing natural childbirth who were admitted to Nantong First People’s Hospital(the Second Affiliated Hospital of Nantong University)were selected as the study objects and divided into the control group(n=100,received conventional nursing)and the observation group(n=100,received family accompanying delivery nursing on the basis of the conrtol group)using the random number table method.The psychological status,labor,an d delivery pain were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the scores of Hamilton anxiety scale and Hamilton depression scale in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The first,second,and third stages of labor in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The visual analogue scale score of each stage of labor in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of family accompanying delivery nursing in primiparas undergoing natural childbirth is beneficial to alleviating their negative psychological states,reducing pain,and shortening the labor.
