摘　　要：目的 分析讲解-模拟-练习-沟通-支持(ESPCS)护理模式在子宫肌瘤手术患者护理中的应用效果。方法 选取2023年2月至2024年6月邳州市人民医院妇产科收治的100例子宫肌瘤手术患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为两组。对照组(50例)采取常规护理,试验组(50例)在对照组基础上实施ESPCS护理模式。比较两组护理效果。结果 护理后,试验组回避、屈服评分低于对照组,面对评分高于对照组(P <0.05)。护理后,试验组自我护理能力量表、一般自我效能感量表评分高于对照组(P <0.05)。护理后,试验组子宫肌瘤症状及健康相关生活质量问卷(UFS-QOL)-症状严重程度评分低于对照组,UFS-QOL-健康相关生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组护理总满意率高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论 ESPCS护理模式在子宫肌瘤手术患者护理中的应用效果较好。Objective To analyze the application effect of explaination-simulation-practice-communicationsupport(ESPCS)nursing model in the nursing of patients undergoing uterine fibroid surgery.Methods A total of 100 patients undergoing uterine fibroid surgery admitted to the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology,People’s Hospital of Pizhou from February 2023 to June 2024 were selected as the study objects and divided into two groups using the random number table method.The control group(50 cases)received routine nursing,and the experimental group(50 cases)received ESPCS nursing model on the basis of the control group.The nursing effect was compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the avoidance and surrender scores of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group,and the face score was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of exercise of self-care agency scale and general self-efficacy scale in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the uterine fibroid symptom and health-related quality of life questionnaire(UFS-QOL)-symptom severity score in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,while the UFS-QOL health-related quality of life score was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total rate of nursing satisfaction in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of ESPCS nursing model is better in the nurs ing of patients undergoing uterine fibroid surgery.
