摘 要:基于计算档案学的网络档案信息资源建设模式建构,旨在将数据科学、数字治理、数字人文的理论与方法引入档案领域,以探索利用计算档案学方法促进网络档案信息资源建设的关键策略。通过对照计算档案学理论与方法要义,结合网络档案信息资源建设模式的各个层面与要素,优化模式得以建构。由此,提出的优化模式应包含以下组成部分:一是在理论内涵层面强调立足数据情境的概念重构,实现“计算+”导向下的多学科交叉融合与借鉴;二是在顶层规划方面指出应坚持网络档案与网络档案信息资源建设的双重数据化原则,积极应对创新变革,凸显智慧化导向,将反思性迭代升级融入其中;三是在主体内容,即基本方略层面,提出基于计算思维推进数据化导向的创新建构、技术开发应用体系的强化建设、多重的跨主体协同机制构建。Construction of web archival information resource construction model based on computational archive science aims to introduce the theories and methods of data science,digital governance and digital humanities to the archival field,and define strategies of using computational archive method to help the construction of web archive information resources.Based on all levels and elements of the construction mode of web archival information resources,the optimization model is constructed by comparing the theory and method of archival science.Therefore,it is proposed that the optimization model should be composed of:first,at the theoretical connotation level,it emphasizes the concept reconstruction based on the data scenario,and realizes the multi-disciplinary reference integration under the guidance of“computing+”;second,in the top-level direction,it points out that we should adhere to the dual data principle of web archives and web archive information resource construction,and actively follow up innovation and change,highlight the wisdom orientation,and integrate reflective iterative upgrading into it;third,in the main content,that is,at the basic strategy level,it proposes to promote data-oriented innovation construction based on computational thinking,promote data-oriented innovation construction based on computational thinking,strengthen the construction of technology development and application system,and construct multiple cross-subject collaboration mechanisms.
